Kaltura @ IU also gives you advanced analytics tool to let you know how your audience behaved when they stream your video.
Click the small light-grey icon in the red circle (shown in the following picture)
You will access to the analytics page of your video.
There are 3 layers of data,
Player Impressions: Times that the video being loaded on the page
Plays: Times that the audience hit the "play" button on a certain video
Unique Authenticated Viewer:(Not relevant at this moment) As anonymous views would be combined to just one viewer, for most of your videos, you would just see 1 unique viewer, making this data irrelevant to most analytics.
You will find them on the main data bar as below
However, another part of the analytics would be quite useful.
The visualization effort would give you intuitive idea that how much of your presentation of a video would be converted into XX% play-through. (You have options of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%)You could know at what point you should improve the engagement of your video to obtain higher play-through rates.
