Language Information
Sara is a group of languages in the Central Sudanic family, spoken primarily in Chad. There are numerous languages and dialects within the Sara group, with Ngambay being the most widely spoken. Some Sara speakers are also found in neighboring regions in the Central African Republic.
Sara is not currently taught at Indiana University, but we do have access to the archived materials listed below.
