Language Information
Kituba is a Kikongo-based creole language that is used as lingua franca in the Congo River area of Central Africa and surrounding areas, with around 18 million speakers. Kituba is a national language of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of the Congo.
Kituba is not currently taught at Indiana University.
