Gothic is an extinct East Germanic language, which was spoken by the Goths. It is the only East Germanic language that has a sufficient text corpus. Most of which we know about this language is from a 6th Century CE copy of a 4th century CE translation of Bible that is called Codex Argenteus.
Gothic is not currently taught at Indiana University, but we do have access to archived materials (listed below).
